Yogurt Cake (Vasilopita) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup butter, softened
    1 cup plain yogurt
    5 eggs
    2 lemons, zest of
    1 orange, zest of
    3 1/2 cups sifted flour
    3 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar together.
    Add yogurt, eggs, and zest.
    Sift in flour and baking powder and mix well.
    Pour into a greased baking dish at least 10\" wide and 3\" deep.
    Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour (do not overcook).
