Apple Meatloaf With Maple Syrup Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cooking apples (peeled, cored and grated)
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    Topping
    1/3 cup catsup (ketchup)
    2 tablespoons maple syrup
Preparation
    Combine apple, ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
    Press into loaf pan.
    Combine topping ingredients and spoon over meatloaf.
    Bake at 325 for 1 1/4 hours.
