Poffertjes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups wheat flour
    1 cup buckwheat flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 cup powdered milk
    2 3/4 cups cold water
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons oil
    2 teaspoons brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Heat poffertje pan on burner. Brush butter on pan and add a 2 tbsp of batter. Turn poffertjes with toothpick.
    Serve with powdered sugar,jam,or syrup.
