Balsamic Cabbage And Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 cheddar Little Smokies sausages, cut into thirds
1 cup green cabbage, shredded
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
3 garlic cloves (or more)
2 tablespoons dried sweet basil leaves
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
3 tablespoons orange juice, fresh
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a large fry pan and sautee at high heat until cabbage is crisp tender.
Plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
