Asian Ginger Chicken Skewers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon Asian chili sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon indian curry powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon onion powder
4 chicken breasts
Preparation

Thaw Chicken
Combine all ingredients except Chicken in a small pot, bring to a boil and then let cool.
Cut Chicken into chunks and put on skewers and place in ziplock bag with sauce.
Let the chicken marinade for 25 minutes.
Place in oven for 30 minutes.
