St. Pat'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1/4 cup onion
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    salt
    pepper
    1 cup fine cracker crumb
    3 quarts tomato juice
    2 cups water
    4 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef with onion, chili powder, salt& pepper to taste.
    Drain and stir in cracker crumbs.
    Add tomato juice, water and kidney beans.
    Simmer 1 hour.
