Ginger-Soy Tempura Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    3/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    1/2 inch gingerroot, minced
Preparation
