Baked Potato With Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 big potatoes
    100 g labne cheese
    50 g Roquefort cheese
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    1 garlic clove (crushed )
    1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    250 g mixed nuts
Preparation
    boil the potatos without peeling.
    mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    Then pierce a little all potatos with a help of knife (they must not be aparted).
    pour the sauce into the potatos.
    then bake them for nearly 20 minutes.
    service while its hot.
