Brown Sugar Grilled Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets
lemon pepper
salt
garlic powder
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation

sprinkle fillets with salt, lemon pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, water and oil.
Marinate fish in soy mixture for 2 hours or more.
remove from marinade.
Grill for 7 minutes per side.
