Dijon Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half, yolks removed
3 tablespoons sour cream
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation

Place yolks in a bowl and mash with fork or potato masher.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
spoon or pipe filling into eggs.
top with fresh dill or chives and put in air tight container.
chill in fridge at least 3 hours before service.
