Liver Tonic Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups water
    4 slices fresh ginger (thickness of a quarter, peeled)
    1 tablespoon dried chamomile or 1 tablespoon fresh dried chamomile
    2 slices burdock root (1/2-inch each)
    1 piece dried dandelion root (1-inch)
    2 teaspoons dried mint or 2 teaspoons of fresh mint
Preparation
    Boil water and then steep remaining ingredients for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Drink once a day.
