Barley And Fruit Pudding (Ww Core) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cooked barley (not hot)
    1/2 - 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    2 -4 teaspoons Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking or 2 -4 teaspoons Equal sugar substitute
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    cinnamon (optional to taste)
    1/2 cup strawberry, halved or quartered
    1/4 cup blueberries
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, sweetener and vanilla. Stir in the barley. Add additional yogurt if you want a creamier consistency. Adjust sweetner to taste as well.
    Mix in the berries (or whatever you have on hand).
    Divide into dessert bowls and serve.
