Slow Simmered Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    16 ounces kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
    4 ounces tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Add beef and all ingredients into slow cooker.
    Simmer 8-10 hours on low or on high for 4-5 hours.
