Diet Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 graham cracker squares
    1 lb fat-free cottage cheese
    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    3 tablespoons flour
Preparation
    Crush graham crackers well and press them into the bottom of a round pan.
    Blend the rest of the ingredients in a blender and pour over crust.
    Bake at 350 for one hour.
