Coconut Cream Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 cups milk
14 ounces coconut milk
6 egg yolks
Preparation

Whisk together in heavy saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking costantly and boil 1 minute or till thick, keep whisking.
Remove from heat.
Place pan in ice water, whisking occasionally until cool.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour before using.
