Kraft Shake & Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
    1 tablespoon corn flake crumbs
    2 teaspoons flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne
    2 - 2 1/2 lbs chicken pieces (6-8)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
    Combine all powdered ingredients in a paper or plastic bag.
    Moisten chicken pieces with water, salad dressing, etc.
    Shake 1-2 pieces at a time. Place on baking pan. I use a rack and pan to let the grease drip off.
    Bake bone-in for 1 hr, boneless for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 (165-175 for thighs).
