New York Chicken Crockpot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch-inch pieces
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 -4 stalks celery, chopped
    3 -4 carrots, chopped
    28 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
    28 ounces black beans, rinsed
    28 ounces kidney beans, rinsed
    28 ounces hominy
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 - 1/2 cup chicken wing sauce (New York wing sauce)
    crumbled blue cheese
Preparation
    Spray 5-6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
    Mix all ingredients except wing sauce and cheese.
    Cover, cook on low heat for 8-10 hours.
    Stir in New York wing sauce and sprinkle with blue cheese.
