Cold Summer Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pints strawberries
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    1 medium lemon, juice of
    1/2 lemon, zest of
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup 35% cream
    of fresh mint (to garnish)
Preparation
    Remove hulls from strawberries; wash berries under cool water. In a blender or food processor, add berries, wine, juice, zest and honey, Blend at pulsing speed until pureed.
    Add whipping cream, and stir with a fork. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Serve garnished with fresh mint.
