Cream Cheese Hard Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese (do not use whipped)
3 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons sherry wine
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Smash cream cheese until soft.
Blend all the ingredients togther. Sauce will be stiff.
Chill.
Serve on hot pudding or pie.
