Gran'S Favorite Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

Cake
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup oil
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup water
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Fudge Icing
6 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chocolate chips (your preference)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Cake:.
Place flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl; set aside.
Bring butter, oil, water and cocoa to a boil; add to flour mixture and beat well.
Add beaten eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla; combine well.
Pour into greased 13x9 pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until done. Frost with Fudge Icing.
Icing:.
Bring to boil butter, sugar and milk for 1 1/2 minutes; remove from heat.
Add marshmallows and chocolate chips; mix until melted. Cool, then add vanilla.
Spread over slightly warm cake.
