Ojaldas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Sift together
1 cup flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
oil (for frying)
Preparation

Blend the flour into the eggs. Knead ten minutes, adding more flour if needed to make a stiff dough. Let the dough stand one hour. Roll very thin, cut into diamond shapes and fry in hot oil. Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnomin.
