Imitation Crab Meat Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 ounce) package of louis kemp imitation crabmeat
    1 egg
    3 -4 scallions, chopped
    Old Bay Seasoning, to preference
    2 dashes Tabasco sauce
    1 dash cayenne pepper
    flour
    egg
    panko breadcrumbs
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients ending with the cayenne into blender or food processor.
    Remove from blender and form into large cakes.
    Dip in flour, egg, then creadcrumbs.
    Fry til they reach crispiness desired.
