Mom'S Pork Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb cooked pork, diced
    1/2 cup raw rice
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (I use lowfat)
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 celery rib, chopped
    1/4 cup frozen peas, defrosted
    2/3 cup water
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a prepared casserole. Bake, covered at 325^ for 1 1/4 hours.
