Avocado Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/4 cup cold water
    1 cup boiling water
    1 lemon, juice of
    1 dash hot pepper sauce
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon onion juice
    2 ripe avocados
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
    Dissolve softened gelatin,in boiling water.
    Add lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, salt, pepper, and onion juice.
    Cool.
    Stir in mashed avocado, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
    Beat to blend.
    Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold.
    Chill until firm.
