Dollywood Cowboy Beans. - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef (ground turkey works just as well)
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 (28 ounce) can pork and beans (sometimes I use a bit more depending on can size)
    1 1/2 cups ketchup
    1 teaspoon vinegar
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 teaspoons prepared mustard
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add onion and bell pepper and saute until tender.
    Add beef/onion/pepper and all other ingredients to a slow cooker.
    Mix well.
    Cook on low for 1 - 2 hours.
