Coconut Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 1/3 cups coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until soft peaks start forming.
    Gradually add sugar until peaks are stiff.
    Fold in coconut.
    Drop onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325 celsius until edges are firm.
