Hot Dogs Smothered In Brie And Tarragon Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 hot dogs
4 poppy seed buns
1 1/2 cups slced white mushrooms
3/8 cup salted butter
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon
1 small onion, diced
1 wheel brie cheese, chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon condensed chicken broth
Preparation

Heat butter in a skillet. stir in stock, tarragon, vinegar and sugar. Saute mushrooms and onions for about five minutes.
add Brie and simmer about three more.
in the meantime boil hot dogs five minutes and then place in grill pan for three.
add hot dogs to buns and load up on mushroom topping.
