Quick & Easy Ginger Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 cup molasses
    1/4 cup milk
    3 tablespoons butter, melted
    1 cup flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 tablespoon sugar
    1/8 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon ginger
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Mix wet ingredients in food processor. Add premixed dry ingredients. Blend together until dry ingredients are just moistened.
    To bake, preheat oven to 375\u00b0F Grease bottoms only of medium size muffin cups, fill to 2/3 full. Bake at once in a preheated 375F oven until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
