Carrot-Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 carrots
    1 apple
    1/2 cup of diced celery
    3/4 cup plain yogurt
    1 teaspoon honey
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and grate the carrots and apples. Place them in a salad bowl, then add the celery.
    Mix the yogurt, honey and lemon juice.
    Add salt, pepper, parsley and mix with the rest of the salad.
    Refrigerate for at least and hour, and serve.
