Bohemian Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup cooking oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup coconut (optional)
2 cups chopped pecans
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Pretty easy directions, really -- just mix all ingredients together and bake in a tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hr.; I also like the plum cake version of this too, just sub 2 jars of plum baby food for coconut.
