Easy Tuna Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ounces whole wheat penne
    4 (5 ounce) cans tuna in water (3 cans drained, 1 with the water)
    1 cup Baby Spinach, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1/2 onion
    1 teaspoon turmeric
    1 teaspoon salt, to taste
    1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
    2 -3 tablespoons canola oil
Preparation
    Saute the crushed red pepper, onion, and bell pepper in oil for a few minutes then add the chopped spinach. Once wilted, add the cans of tuna, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked pasta and serve warm. **For a cold tuna salad, add light mayo and mustard and serve on a bed of greens.
