Mango Lime Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups mangoes, cut fine (half ripe)
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    2 1/2 cups sugar
    2 cups water
Preparation
    Cook mangos in water until tender.
    Add sugar and cook until consistency of a butter.
    Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal. Process in boling water for at least 10 minutes.
