Instant Breakfast Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup non-fat powdered milk
2 tablespoons whey protein
1 tablespoon powdered egg
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons cocoa
8 ounces milk or 8 ounces water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a blender.
To mix in bulk, multiply recipe by desired serving minus liquid.
Add 2/3 cup of the mix to 8 oz milk or water.
