Artichoke, Beet, And Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 jarred artichoke hearts, chopped
    1/2 red beet, raw, grated
    1/2 carrot, grated
    1/4 cup feta
    1 cup Baby Spinach
    2 tablespoons vinaigrette
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingrediets.
    Serve on spinach leaves.
    top with vinaigrette.
