Ingredients

4 boneless pork loin steaks
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 teaspoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons honey
Preparation

In non-stick skillet, brown chops on one side over medium-high heat; turn chops.
Stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl to dissolve cornstarch. Pour over pork chops in skillet.
Lower heat; simmer covered for 6-8 minutes.
Serve.
