8 ritz-style crackers
8 pepperoni slices, of preferred thickness
1 ounce of favorite cheese, shredded (I use Colby Jack, Mozzerella and or or Cheddar)
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation

Spread pepperoni slices out on a paper towel and microwave for 15 seconds, just enough to draw some of the grease out [Will prevent crackers from getting soggy as well as lowering the fat content].
Place crackers on a paper plate and distribute cheese to each of them.
Put a slice pepperoni on each cracker.
Top each cracker with dressing and a single drop of Tobasco sauce.
[optional] microwave again for 15-30 seconds, or until cheese begins melting.
