Daikon Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ounces daikon radishes, shredded (about 1 cup)
    1/2 cup tamari
    1/4 cup orange juice
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons water
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Sauce will be thick and may be thinned with more water if desired.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
