Low Carb Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 cup medium white onion
    1/2 cup red bell pepper
    1/4 cup rao's marinara sauce
    2 extra large eggs
    1/4 cup progresso Italian style breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup flat-leaf Italian parsley
    1 tablespoon oregano
    1/2 tablespoon salt
    1/4 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
    2 tablespoons reduced sugar ketchup
Preparation
    Mix it all together and bake in a 374 degree oven for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
