Watermelon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
    6 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
    2/3 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup watermelon juice
    1/2 cup watermelon, pulp
    1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl.
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
    Whip in milk, juice, pulp and raisins.
    Add wet mixture to dry ingredients; blend until just mixed.
    Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 25 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
    Transfer to wire racks; cool.
