Homestyle Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs potatoes
    1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes.
    Boil potatoes for 20-25 minutes until very tender.
    Drain well and return to pan.
    Add butter and mash until butter melts.
    Add cream, salt , and pepper.
    Mash until desired texture.
