Freezer Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
1 green pepper, julienned
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup wine vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
Preparation

Mix veggies with salt.
Let stand one hour.
Squeeze out juice.
Set aside.
Boil vinegar, sugar and seeds.
Cool.
Mix with veggies.
Put into small freezer proof containers.
(Butter bowls work great).
