Roasted Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb fresh green beans, tipped
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    3 fresh thyme sprigs, halved
    3 anchovy fillets, mashed
    2 -3 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 lemon, zest of
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    In a large baking dish, toss the green beans with the olive oil, garlic & thyme sprigs.
    Add salt & pepper to taste.
    Spread the green beans in a single layer & roast for about 15 minutes, tossing occasionally, until tender and lightly browned.
    Discard the thyme sprigs & transfer the green beans to a bowl.
    Add the anchovies, lemon juice & lemon zest.
    Toss well to coat.
