Green Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 green chili peppers
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup cilantro
1/4 cup honey
1 tomatoes
1 tablespoon lime juice
sea salt
8 scallions
1 sweet onion
2 tablespoons chicken soup base
3 cups water
1 cup salsa
Preparation

fire roast green chilies.
remove skin, seeds and stems.
blend all ingredients together.
simmer for 2 hours.
serve over enchiladas.
