Chicken Shawarma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs chicken breasts, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
    1/3 cup vinegar
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 1/2 teaspoons allspice
    1 teaspoon ground cardamom
    1 teaspoon sumac
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon white pepper
    1 -2 black cardamom pod
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together
    cook over medium heat about 1 hour.
    the chicken will become very soft and tender. Mash it up with a wooden spoon to shred it all apart.
    Serve in pitas with your favorite condiments and veggies.
