Ingredients

1 pie crust, frozen
3 tablespoons cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup swiss cheese or 1 cup gruyere cheese, grated
1 cup light cream
3 eggs
salt
pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 dash cayenne
Preparation

Thaw pie crust, sprinkle bacon over crust and spread cheese on top of bacon.
In blender, put eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cayenne. Mix well.
Pour over cheese. Bake at 350 30 minute.
