Chocolate Cream Charlotte - Raw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 ladyfingers, Ladyfingers With Variations! (Raw)
    7 inches chocolate, brownie crust Chocolate Brownie Crust (Raw)
    4 cups chocolate mousse mix, Non-Dairy Chocolate Mousse (Raw) - Just use all the mousse the recipe makes
    2 cups whipped cream, Non- Dairy Whipped Cream - Soy Free (Raw)
    chocolate syrup, for drizzle, Chocolate Sauce (Raw)
Preparation
    First, lightly press crust at the bottom of a 7\" spring form pan.
    Form little indentations along the edge and secure ladyfingers, one by one.
    Once the ladyfingers are in place, pat the crust firmly against the bottom.
    Pour half of the chocolate mousse, followed by half of the whipped cream.
    Place in the freezer to set.
    Once firm, repeat layers with the rest of the chocolate mixture and finishing off with the whipped cream.
    Set the whole thing in the fridge or freezer until completely firm.
    Before serving, sprinkle with sifted cacao powder.
    Slice Charlotte - make cuts at every 2 ladyfingers.
    Drizzle pieces with chocolate sauce.
