Italian Spinach And Sausage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (13 3/4 ounce) cans chicken broth
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1/2 lb hot Italian sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
    1 teaspoon fennel seed
    grated parmesan cheese, to taste
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine all ingredients except for cheese. Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
    Serve with grated Parmesan sprinkled on top.
