Butterscotch Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup margarine
    1/3 cup milk
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, margarine, milk and salt in a saucepan.
    Boil 3 minutes and add confectioners sugar.
    Mix until smooth.
    Drizzle on top of Rocky Road Nut Cake.
