Apple And Cinnamon Crunch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb cooking apple, peeled, cored and chopped
    10 ounces all-purpose flour
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    5 ounces light brown sugar
    4 ounces butter, melted
    2 large eggs, beaten
    3/4 cup milk
    Topping
    2 ounces toasted hazelnuts
    2 ounces flour
    2 ounces brown sugar
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 ounce butter
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F
    Grease and line the base of a 8in loose-based cake tin.
    Sift the flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a large bowl; stir in the sugar and apples.
    Mix the butter, eggs and milk together and stir into the dry ingredients - stir until just mixed.
    Pour into the prepared tin.
    Place the remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend until crumbly.
    Scatter over the top of the cake. Bake for 1hr - 1h 15mins or until risen and firm.
    Cool in the tin.
    Cut into wedges and serve.
