Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups flour, sifted
1 1/2 cups milk
lingonberry (either fresh or canned)
Preparation

Combine eggs, salt and sugar; beat well.
Add flour alternately with milk.
Chill for an hour.
Bake on a lightly greased griddle, making 4\" cakes.
Serve in stacks with lingonberries.
